Stock Condition ManagerSalary: £54,216Hours: Permanent full time (37 hours per week)Location: Solihull, hybrid (2 days in the office)Responsibilities
Manage the stock condition surveying programme to assess over 5,000 properties annuallyLead in the appraisal of assets to provide recommendations and solutions for future useBuild great relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, promoting collaborative and positive working processes in a culture of customer service excellenceQualifications and experience
Recognised qualification in a building related subject, or experience in a related areaUnderstanding of property/scheme appraisal techniquesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent ICT skills to manipulate data and prepare reports for our Executive Leadership Team and Board
