Stock Condition Manager

Citizen . Location: Solihull, hybrid (2 days in the office). Hours: Permanent full time (37 hours per week).Interview date: 6th – 8th of October 2025 (to be confirmed). We reserve the right to close this role earlier than the published closing date should a suitable candidate be identified.Key Responsibilities
Manage the stock condition surveying programme to assess over 5,000 properties annually.Lead in the appraisal of assets to provide recommendations and solutions for future use.Build great relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, promoting collaborative and positive working processes in a culture of customer service excellence.Qualifications and experience
Recognised qualification in a building related subject, or experience in a related area.Understanding of property/scheme appraisal techniques.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent ICT skills to manipulate data and prepare reports for our Executive Leadership Team and Board
