TSA Surveying are currently supporting a Housing Association in Croydon and require qualified Stock Condition Surveyor

Role Overview:

• Conduct stock condition and RDSAP Surveys across residential properties in and around Croydon and Southeast London(CRO,CR2, SE25,SE19, CR4 and CR7)
• Portfolio of 1500+ properties
• Paid per survey Bedsits,Flats, Houses and Blocks
• Outside IR35
• Must have RDSAP EXPERIENCE
