Stock Condition and HHSRS Surveyor

Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a local affordable housing provider, to appoint an experienced Stock Condition and HHSRS Surveyor to their busy Assets team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surveyor to undertake comprehensive property inspections, gathering accurate stock condition data and assessing housing hazards in accordance with the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS). Key Responsibilities Undertake detailed Stock Condition Surveys across residential properties. Conduct HHSRS assessments and identify Category 1 and Category 2 hazards. Assess the condition and remaining lifecycle of key building components, including kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, windows, doors, heating systems, and external elements. Capture accurate survey data using handheld devices or survey software. Provide clear recommendations for planned maintenance and investment programmes. Ensure surveys are completed in line with client specifications, quality standards, and project timescales.
