This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with a strong background in residential property inspections, stock condition surveying, and energy assessments. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out approximately 4-6 property surveys per day, gathering accurate asset and compliance data, and updating information directly into Keystone Asset Management software. Key Responsibilities Undertake stock condition surveys across residential housing stock. Complete EPC assessments and produce accurate energy performance data. Conduct 4-6 surveys per day across allocated properties. Assess building components, lifecycle information, and property condition. Identify and record health and safety hazards in accordance with HHSRS principles. Accurately input survey findings into Keystone .
