This role involves building and managing stock, supporting production, and ensuring all products are handled in line with strict food hygiene standards. Candidates must hold a valid Food Safety Level 2 certificate Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding, organizing, and replenishing stock for production linesHandling, preparing, and packing fish productsWeighing and labeling items accurately for distributionEnsuring all tasks are carried out in line with Food Safety Level 2 standardsMaintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all work areasMonitoring product quality and reporting any issuesStoring raw materials and finished goods correctlyAssisting with production line operations as requiredFollowing all health and safety procedures at all timesWorking efficiently to meet daily production targetsRequirementsFood Safety Level 2 certificate (required)Previous experience in a food production or factory environment preferredAbility to work in cold, wet conditionsGood physical fitness (lifting and standing for long periods)Strong attention to detail and hygiene standardsReliable and punctual for 3pm-11pm shiftmonday to friday working week Ability to work well as part of a teamWorking ConditionsCold storage and fish processing environmentPPE provided and must be worn at all timesFast-paced and physically ..... full job details .....
