Storeperson - with Holiday pay - Pension Location: HMP Highpoint, Stradishall, Newmarket, CB8Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pmDuration: Long term assignment (53 weeks)Sector: Engineering / Construction SupportThe RoleWe are recruiting for a reliable and organised Storeperson to join a busy engineering team based at HMP Highpoint. This is a long term opportunity offering consistent weekday hours within a structured and professional environment.The successful candidate will play a key role in managing materials and ensuring smooth day to day store operations on site.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the receipt and distribution of MEP materials and equipmentBooking in deliveries using a computerised systemChecking quantities and recording stock accuratelyIssuing materials and maintaining clear recordsOperating a forklift to move stock to designated areasOrganising and maintaining the stores areaCollating materials for site teamsUploading and maintaining paperwork electronically, including via SharePointRequirementsPrevious experience in a stores, warehouse or logistics roleConfident using computerised booking in systemsStrong IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeExperience using SharePointGood attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work within a secure and regulated environmentForklift experience requiredImportant InformationThis role is based within a prison environment and full security clearance will be required before starting.Applicants must be car ..... full job details .....
