You will divide your time between maintaining accurate stock information on internal systems and working across the manufacturing site to locate, move and distribute parts.Your responsibilities will includeRecording parts and materials entering and leaving the departmentUpdating stock movements accurately on the company''s internal systemsIdentifying and locating parts across a large manufacturing siteCoordinating the movement of parts between stores, production areas and other departmentsProcessing returned parts and ensuring records are updated correctlyMonitoring stock information and investigating any discrepanciesCompleting the necessary stock and movement documentationAssisting with loading parts onto wagons when requiredLiaising with production, warehouse and logistics teamsHelping to maintain an organised and efficient parts operationWhat we''re looking forComputer literacy is essential for this position.
