Stock and Logistics Manager - Retail OperationsSalary: 45,000- 50,000 + 20% Management Bonus Additional: 40% night premium for hours worked between midnight and 4am Location: Heathrow Contract: PermanentWe are recruiting an experienced Stock and Logistics Manager to join a high-volume retail operation within a fast-paced airport environment.This is a key leadership role with responsibility for stock accuracy, replenishment, inventory control, merchandising standards and team performance across a busy retail location.The role would suit an experienced Stock Manager, Replenishment Manager, Night Manager, Inventory Manager or Retail Logistics Manager from a large-format or high-volume retail background.You will be responsible for leading the replenishment operation, maintaining stock integrity, managing inventory counts, supporting promotional changeovers and ensuring stock availability is optimised in line with customer demand and commercial performance.You will also work closely with Store Management, Supply Chain, Product and Logistics teams to ensure stock levels, store standards, compliance and operational performance are consistently maintained.What we''re looking forStrong retail management backgroundExperience managing stock, replenishment, inventory or logistics within a retail environmentExperience leading and developing sizeable teamsStrong knowledge of stock accuracy, shrinkage and inventory controlCommercially aware with good analytical and problem-solving ..... full job details .....
