This is a key leadership role with responsibility for stock accuracy, replenishment, inventory control, merchandising standards and team performance across a busy retail location. The role would suit an experienced Stock Manager, Replenishment Manager, Night Manager, Inventory Manager or Retail Logistics Manager from a large-format or high-volume retail background. You will be responsible for leading the replenishment operation, maintaining stock integrity, managing inventory counts, supporting promotional changeovers and ensuring stock availability is optimised in line with customer demand and commercial performance.
