Stock and Logistics Coordinator£27,750 per annumMonday to FridayHitchin We are recruiting for a proactive and organised Stock and Logistics Coordinator to join a growing pharmaceutical wholesaling business. This is a varied position that combines stock administration, order processing, logistics coordination and operational support. Working closely with the sales, purchasing and warehouse teams, you''ll play a key role in ensuring products are processed, dispatched and delivered efficiently while maintaining accurate stock records and customer information. This role would suit somebody who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail and is looking for a position that offers variety and responsibility. Key Responsibilities Order Processing and AdministrationProcess customer orders accurately using internal systems and Excel.Create and manage purchase orders and sales orders.Maintain accurate customer, stock and order information.Update internal databases and administrative records.Generate reports and support inventory management activities. Stock Control and InventoryMonitor stock levels and support stock management processes.Maintain accurate stock records and investigate discrepancies.Assist with stock tracking and inventory reporting.Ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately.
