This role ensures timely updates of stock levels, proper documentation, and coordination with other teams.- Responsibilities- The use of Microsoft Excel Creating and checking manifests from clients To maintain accurate stock records using in house management systems Importing data / stock files into the system Monitor stock levels and reporting of stock discrepancies and damages to clients in a timely manner Able to adjust, change and update details on orders to reflect stock coming inbound Perform regular stock reconciliations (daily, weekly, monthly). Record/logging of imported data through google sheets Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate stock receipts Work closely with delivery and logistics teams (offshore) to track product/orders Prepare stock reports (stock levels, movement, damages, discrepancies).
