Stitching Line OperatorLocation: DerbyshireCommutable from: Derby, Nottingham, Burton upon Trent, Ilkeston, Long EatonPay: 14.00 - 14.50 per hour (dependent on experience)Hours: Monday to Friday rotating shifts06:00 - 14:0014:00 - 22:00About the CompanyA well-established commercial printing business with a busy production environment, known for delivering high-quality printed products to a wide range of clients.The RoleWe are recruiting for a Stitching Line Operator to join a busy finishing team in Derbyshire.Set up, operate and monitor stitching lines including Heidelberg Presto and M ller stitchersPrepare jobs in line with production specifications and job ticketsAdjust machine settings to ensure accurate stitching, trimming and foldingMonitor production quality and ensure finished products meet company and customer standardsCarry out routine cleaning, maintenance and basic troubleshootingWork closely with production and finishing teams to maintain workflow efficiencyIdentify and report mechanical issues or production concernsMaintain a clean and safe working environmentEnsure jobs are completed on schedule while minimising wasteAbout YouPrevious experience operating stitching or finishing equipment within a print environment preferredExperience with Heidelberg Presto and/or M ller stitching lines desirableStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic machine issuesAble to read and interpret job specificationsGood organisational skills and ability to meet ..... full job details .....
