Stewardship and Fundraising Manager (Full time, permanent) c. £34k This role offers a unique opportunity to help the largest Diocese in the Church in Wales transform the way we approach giving and fundraising. The financial lifeblood of the Diocese of Llandaff and its Ministry Areas (MAs) is the generosity of our congregations and their connections with communities. Joining the Diocese at a pivotal moment in the development of future income streams, you''ll help to shape our approach to stewardship and fundraising, and empower congregations to grow giving and boost fundraising, with potential to grow the role and the team. Sited within the Diocesan MA support team you will provide advice, support, campaign ideas, materials and training to MAs, enabling them to make applications and undertake fundraising initiatives themselves. You''ll also work to support the Diocese in identifying and preparing larger fundraising applications, and work with the Diocesan Secretary and COO to develop the Diocese''s fundraising approach including helping to design a legacy programme, stewardship campaign and other fundraising and income generating initiatives.
