We''re looking for an experienced Sterility Assurance Lead to take charge of contamination control and sterility assurance across our site. This is a key role ensuring compliance with EU GMP Annex 1 and driving best practice in microbiology.
What you''ll do:
Lead sterility assurance andamp; contamination control strategy.
Oversee microbiology risk assessments andamp; sterilisation-in-place.
Support investigations, deviations andamp; sterility-related events.
Write/review SOPs andamp; assess change impacts.
Mentor junior staff andamp; champion continuous improvement.
What we''re looking for:
MSc in Microbiology + 5+ years pharma microbiology experience.
Strong knowledge of GMP andamp; regulatory compliance (Annex 1).
Expertise in sterility assurance, validation andamp; contamination control.
Confident communicator, decision-maker andamp; mentor.
Fluent in English.
