With a strong pipeline of projects across London and the surrounding areas, this is an excellent opportunity for a project-focused professional looking to play a key role in delivering complex steelwork packages from design through to completion.The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining site-based responsibilities across London with office-based work from London Colney.The OpportunityReporting directly to the Managing Directors and Contracts Director, you will be responsible for managing multiple structural steelwork projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-construction and design coordination through to handover and defects management.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging structural steelwork projects from design development to completionCoordinating design information through RIBA Stages 3-5Attending Design Team Meetings and coordinating comments between design teams and detailersPreparing project quality documentation including ITPs, QAPs, QA records and OandM manualsProducing and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method StatementsCoordinating ..... full job details .....
