A well established warehouse operation in Wednesbury is seeking reliable and hardworking Steel Order Pickers to support ongoing growth. This role is ideal for individuals looking for long term stability and opportunities to develop within the logistics and warehousing sector.

Shift Pattern
Monday to Thursday 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Friday 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM

Main Duties

• Accurately pick and assemble steel products in line with order requirements
• Inspect items to ensure they meet quality and specification standards
• Prepare, wrap, and package materials for dispatch, including manual handling
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily productivity targets
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and well organised at all times

What You Will Need

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to carry out physical work, including handling heavy materials
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills for stock and warehouse systems
• Reliable, team oriented, and able to communicate effectively
