About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced Steel Fixers to join a specialist reinforced concrete contractor on a major project in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent work for 20 weeks with a well-established and reputable company in the RC frame sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Cutting, bending, and fixing steel reinforcement bars (rebar)
- Assembling and securing reinforcement cages and structures
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
- Working collaboratively with site teams to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Steel Fixer
- Valid Gold or Blue CSCS card (essential),
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Own tools and PPE
