Steel Fabricator

Mane Infrastructure is recruiting experienced Steel Fabricators to join a skilled team working on a major bridge refurbishment project in the Grimsby area.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile infrastructure project, carrying out a range of structural steel installation and refurbishment duties.
Key Responsibilities:

• Installing and fitting structural steelwork to an existing bridge structure.
• Carrying out plate work installations.
• Removing existing rivets.
• Operating magnetic drills (mag drills).
• Grinding and preparing steelwork to specification.
• Working safely and effectively as part of a site team.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures on site.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Steel Fitter / Erector.
• Experience working on structural steel or bridge refurbishment projects is advantageous.
• Competent in using mag drills, grinders, and associated steel erection tools.
• Valid CSCS card (essential).
• Any additional steel erection or safety certifications are beneficial.

Monday - Friday (07:00am - 17:00pm) - 10 hours paid
