Steel Fabrication Manager Location: Bradford Salary: £ per annum (plus benefits) Job Type: Permanent / Full Time Rotational Mouldings Group Ltd is a well-established manufacturing business operating across three North West sites in Furness Vale, Rochdale and Bradford, specialising in the design and manufacture of high-quality rotationally moulded plastic products. They are now seeking an experienced Steel Fabrication Manager to take responsibility for leading the fabrication operations at their Bradford site. Reporting directly to the Group Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the Bradford steel fabrication operation, leading the team to deliver safely, efficiently, on time and within budget. Working across mild steel and stainless-steel fabrication, you will oversee the complete production process including laser cutting, folding, welding, galvanising, painting and the subsequent assembly of fabricated metal items. You will plan and manage workflow, capacity and resources; monitor productivity, quality and costs; support costing and estimating; and work closely with purchasing, suppliers, quality and sales to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
