Duties Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately assemble steel frameworks. Erect steel components using hand tools, power tools, cranes, and rigging equipment with precision and safety in mind. Secure steel members with bolts, welds, or other fastening methods according to engineering standards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met. Conduct inspections of erected structures for stability, alignment, and safety compliance throughout the process. Assist with fabrication tasks as needed, including cutting, grinding, or preparing steel parts for assembly. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
