Job Title: Steel Dressing Operative Location: SheffieldSalary: £31,200 - £32,300 (including shift allowance)Shift Pattern: Rotating Days and Afternoons Monday - Thursday Mornings: 6:00am - 2:00pm Afternoons: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Friday (Early Finish) Mornings: 6:00am - 12:00pm Afternoons: 12:00pm - 6:00pm Key Responsibilities of a Steel Dressing Operative: Finishing precision-engineered metal components to customer specifications Deburring, polishing, linishing, grinding and dressing components to achieve the required finish Using a range of hand and power tools, including linishing and grinding equipment Carrying out visual and dimensional inspections using measuring equipment Working from engineering drawings and production instructions Ensuring components meet strict quality standards before progressing through production Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and adhering to Health and Safety procedures Supporting other production departments when required Skills and Experience: ..... full job details .....
