Description

• Prepare and review statutory financial statements to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support the audit process by providing required documentation and addressing queries.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial data in line with accounting standards.
• Assist with tax compliance, including VAT and corporation tax submissions.
• Monitor and maintain internal financial controls and processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and reporting.
• Manage deadlines for statutory reporting and filings.
• Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects and analysis.

Profile

A successful Statutory Accountant should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of statutory reporting and accounting standards.
• Experience in financial reporting within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial systems and software.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from -54,000 to -66,000, dependent on the level of experience.
