Static Site Electrical Supervisor

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Static Site Electrical Supervisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for an Static Site Electrical Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Static Site Electrical Supervisor, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Static Site Electrical Supervisor, will be responsible for: Supervise site operatives and contractors, ensuring all work is completed safely, compliantly, and to agreed quality standards. Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure Risk Assessments and Method Statements are in place and followed. Monitor project progress, milestones, shutdown activities, and maintenance schedules while keeping stakeholders informed. Manage materials, resources, and subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications and cost controls. Support PPM and reactive maintenance delivery, maintain accurate records, and participate in the first escalation call-out rota.
