In this role, you will play a key part in keeping this busy commercial building safe, compliant, and fully operational.Package:Competitive salary of 35,000 per annum32 days of annual leave (including bank holidays)Full-time and permanent Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8am to 5pmGenerous company pension schemeOvertime opportunities Duties:Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on mechanical building services plants including on boilers, heating ventilation and domestic plumbing sstems.
