Job Purpose Working on a single, static healthcare site in Central London, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing seamless electrical and air conditioning (AC) maintenance, fault-finding, and general building services upkeep. Working within a critical healthcare environment, you will ensure all assets are fully compliant, operational, and maintained to the highest regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities and Duties Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on electrical and air conditioning systems.
