Static Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a-Mechanical Engineer-who wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.

The-Mechanical Engineer,-will be responsible for:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on plumbing, ventilation (AHUs, extract/intake), heating and cooling systems (FCUs, thermal wheels), and water assets (booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters)
- Identify and report defects, ensuring all documentation, inspection reports and remedial logs are completed accurately and on time
- Respond to client queries and deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
- Work safely in line with Health & Safety regulations, Permit to Work and safe systems of work, including tasks at height
- Build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues, contributing to a collaborative team environment
To be successful for this Mechanical Engineer role you must have:
- Experience working in maintenance or facilities management environments
- Relevant mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices
- Comfortable using IT systems and mobile devices for reporting and workflows
