Static Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Mechanical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mechanical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
Role Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems including plumbing, HVAC (AHUs, FCUs), ventilation and water systems
- Diagnose faults, complete repairs, and ensure all assets operate efficiently and safely
- Complete inspections, reports, and remedial logs accurately and on time
- Build strong working relationships with clients and respond to queries in a professional manner
- Work safely at all times, following Permit to Work processes and Health & Safety procedures
What we're looking for:
- Experience working in Maintenance or Facilities Management environments
- Relevant mechanical qualification (City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety and safe working practices
- Confident using mobile devices and systems for reporting and job management
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude who can remain calm under pressure
