You will be responsible for providing high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across a prestigious portfolio of public sector buildings. Key Responsibilities You will be the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring all fabric and basic engineering assets are maintained to a high standard. Fabric & Carpentry: Repair and maintain floors, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and fitted furniture. Reactive First Response: Act as the initial responder for leaks, blockages, and general faults, ensuring the site is made safe immediately. Water Hygiene & Mechanical: Perform L8 Legionella duties (flushing/temperatures), plant room inspections, and AHU filter changes.
