Static Maintenance Operative

Morgan Hunt are recruiting a Maintenance Operative for a large public sector client based in the Bishopbriggs area. The role involves maintenance and repairs within the client''s buildings. As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the facilities are safe and well-maintained. You will be expected to adhere to health and safety standards while effectively communicating with team members and management. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs in accordance with health and safety standards. Utilise hand tools and equipment effectively for various maintenance tasks. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance issues. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or a related field. Proven ability to perform repairs and maintenance tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills. Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation. Competence in using hand tools. Experience Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
