Static HVAC Engineer

Are you an experienced HVAC Engineer looking for a new role within the Facilities Management industry? Do you have experience working within the commercial industry?Randstad CandP is seeking an experienced HVAC engineer, on behalf of a national Facilities Management client. The successful candidates should have experience in air conditioning, air handling, and heat recovery units. This is a static role based in Belfast. This position is a with full-time, fixed-term 9 month contract - with the core working hours being from Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week.The Package:Competitive salary of up to 19.50 per hour (depending on experience)Core hours Monday to Friday (45-hour week)9 month fixed-term contractAll tools and equipment providedOvertime opportunities Main Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct regular preventative maintenance and make any adjustments necessary including testing and examining heating, air conditioning and ventilation.Carry out installation, maintenance, and testing of HVAC equipment.Carry out all work to current F Gas Regulations.Working on systems such as - VRV / VRFs, split and multi-split systems.Working on a portfolio of mixed commercial sites.Receiving jobs through a handheld tablet.Complete all paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.Ensure all work is carried out safely and completed to high quality.Candidate Requirements:A minimum of an NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and RefrigerationExperience with industrial steam boilers ..... full job details .....
