The successful candidate will be responsible for the planned preventative and reactive maintenance of mechanical and HVAC building services systems, ensuring full compliance with healthcare standards while maintaining a safe and operational environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This is a permanent static role based at the John Radcliffe Hospital, with no mobile travel required, supporting critical healthcare infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Carry out PPM tasks in line with contract schedules, HTM guidance, and SFG20 standards.
