This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in building maintenance, fabric repairs and general facilities upkeep. You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to ensure the site remains safe, functional and well maintained. Key Responsibilities: Carry out general building fabric repairs and maintenance. Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks. Undertake minor repairs to doors, locks, walls, ceilings, flooring and fixtures. Carry out basic plumbing repairs and general maintenance duties where required. Identify and report building defects and potential safety issues. Respond to maintenance requests and ensure work is completed efficiently. Complete maintenance records and job sheets accurately. Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety procedures. Maintain a clean, safe and tidy working environment.
