Static Fabric Engineer is required by a leading hard service FM maintenance contractor specialising in Air Conditioning and Commercial Heating within healthcare facilities.
Due to winning a new contract they are currently looking for an experienced Static Fabric Engineer to further strengthen their existing team.

• Static Fabric Engineer you will be a commutable distance of Euston Square
• Static Fabric Engineer you will be completing basic Electrical repair
• Static Fabric Engineer you will be completing basic plumbing repair, hanging radiators, fixing leaks etc
• Static Fabric Engineer you will be assisting on site engineers
• Static Fabric Engineer you will be completing Carpentry work, i.e floor matching, hanging doors

• Static Fabric Engineer must have Fabric and Building Services experience
• Static Fabric Engineer to have a qualification in 1 discipline Carpentry or Painting and decorating
• Static Fabric Engineer must be a commutable distance of Euston Square
• Static Fabric Engineer will benefit from a basic salary up to -34k pa, 20 days holiday + BH, this increases with each year of service
• Static Fabric Engineer must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check
