We are a privately owned national facilities management with 3 offices across the UK, specialising in hard services including Mechanical, Electrical and Building Services for over 20 years.     We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Static Electrician to take responsibility for electrical systems across a static site in Piccadilly Circus. The role involves ensuring compliance, overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, and providing technical leadership to ensure high standards of service delivery
 
Key Responsibilities

• Dealing with all electrical systems on-site, acting as the point of contact for technical issues.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on LV electrical systems, emergency lighting, fire alarms, distribution boards, and associated equipment.
• Ensure statutory compliance with electrical safety and company policies.
• Liaise with the client and provide technical advice to maintain strong working relationships.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and energy efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Support other building services as required.

• Recognised Electrical qualification (City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ, or equivalent).
• 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead role within a building services/facilities environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of LV systems, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage contractors and support team members.
• Health & Safety awareness with a proactive approach.

• Testing & inspection (2391 or equivalent).
• Knowledge of BMS controls and other M&E systems.
