This engineer will be working in a team of three skilled engineers covering all areas of this large static site The site is occupied by multiple businesses mainly in an office capacity. The right person for this position will already have a strong building services maintenance background. They need to have experience dealing with electrical and mechanical plant as well as putting their hand to other general maintenance. We do need this engineer to have a lot of experience dealing with fan coil, ahu and plant room maintenance.
