Static AC Engineer - FM Service Provider - Southeast London - up to -45,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working in a large Commercial site in Southeast London has arisen.

GH Engage are currently recruiting a Static AC Engineer to work in a Large Commercial Building in Southeastl London. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Southeast London.

The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks on site, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a AC Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within HVAC + Air conditioning systems. In return the company are offering a salary up to -45,000 with overtime, training and development.

This role would also require a clean DBS check.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• PPM''s and Reactive works
• HVAC Maintenance
• AHU''s, FCU''s and Chillers
• Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
• Updating site log books
• Provide further works reports where required
• Completing all works to a high standard

Required Skills:

• AC and Refrigeration Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ
• F-GAS Qualification is Essential
• Working experience in a HVAC or Building Services environment
• Other preferable skills: Mechanical, basic electrical and basic plumbing.
• Providing technical support to administration staff as required.
