      <description>Location: Derby | Salary: &amp;pound;40000 - &amp;pound;60000/annum | Type: Permanent | Standardisation Engineer    Location:  1 day a week in the office - Derby or Manchester  Permanent  -40,000 - - 60,000 depending on experience.  ARM are supporting on an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a Standardisation Engineer to join a pioneering clean energy programme focused on delivering innovative low-carbon power solutions. This role sits within the Standardisation &amp; Standard Parts team, which is responsible for reducing product variation, improving engineering efficiency, and supporting deployment across a complex, highly regulated engineering environment.  You will play a key role in shaping standardisation strategy across multidisciplinary engineering teams, helping ensure products and components are repeatable, cost-effective, and aligned with programme-wide objectives.   Key Responsibilities    Drive standardisation strategies across components, systems, and plant-wide engineering activities.
