Our message is a simple one and is supported by guarantees from a leading UK brand, synonymous with honesty and trust.What You''ll Do* Coordinate shared ownership resales, staircasing transactions, and complex cases (eg, hardship, buy-backs, lease variations) across the Legal andamp; General Affordable Homes (Landamp;GAH) Portfolio.* Serve as primary contact for leasehold enquiries from customers and managing agents, promoting Landamp;GAH customer values and consistent service delivery.* Ensure full compliance with Homes England/GLA guidance, Capital Funding Guide, Landamp;G Equality and Diversity, and Health andamp; Safety policies.* Maintain accurate records, transaction logs, and data integrity in Salesforce CRM, with timely updates and regular reporting to the Head of Leasehold on progress, risks, and blockers.* ..... full job details .....
