Staffing Manager / Cleaning Supervisor

Role: Cleaning Supervisor / Manager

Location: Bournemouth

Salary: -32,000 - -42,000 per annum

Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded cleaning facilities management company, who are looking to recruitment an experienced cleaning supervisor/staffing manager. You will be driving a team to and from site which will consist of day and night shifts over various days of the week.

You MUST be flexible as your rota/shifts are agreed on a week by week basis. You will be paid up to -17 p/h (if you have required experience) for all hours worked including driving the staff to and from site.

You will be able to work long shifts when required which could be anything up to 3 hours driving to site, 8 hours working then 3 hours driving back.

What''s the job role?

• To manager a small team of cleaners including allocating their job roles each day
• Complete job sheets and walk arounds with site managers
• Drive team to and from site
• Make sure van is maintained and fuelled up.
• Assist with various cleaning duties
• Maintain cleaning equipment stock levels are in vehicle for each job

Skills / Licences Required?

• B class driving licence
• Ideally you will have a CSCS card & IPAF but client will pay for both if not
• Commercial cleaning / Deep cleaning experience
• Excellent attention to detail with a methodical work approach
• Managing / Supervisory experience with clear communication skills
• Full right to work in the UK and fluent English
