Staffing and Recruitment Manager Coventry Head Office Job title: Staffing and Recruitment Manager Location: Head Office- Coventry Salary; £38,000-£42,000 Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a 5-days-in-7 rota. Flexibility is part of the fun evenings and weekends may be required to support our live events and busy operational periods. Holidays- 23 days PA + Bank Holidays Reporting to- Managing Director Working With- Staffing, Recruitment and Vetting Team Our staffing department is the engine room behind our 1,100-strong workforce making sure the right people are recruited, vetted, scheduled and ready to deliver brilliant events across the country. It s fast-paced, lively and never dull. The team also supports a rota-based on-call system, including weekend cover, so we can keep our events moving smoothly. Who are we?
