Staff Software Engineers
to help shape the future of their platform (one entry level Staff Engineer, one experienced Staff Engineer).This is a high-impact, hands-on role offering significant technical ownership across the platform. You’ll drive architectural strategy, champion engineering excellence, and provide deep technical excellence across multiple teams. While not a people management position, you’ll act as a key technical influencer and collaborator, guiding system evolution at scale during a period of rapid growth.What You’ll DoArchitect for Scale:

Identify architectural bottlenecks and drive long-term improvements to system design and developer experience.Shape Engineering Strategy:
Contribute to the long-term technical roadmap, platform evolution, and improvements in tooling, CI/CD, and observability.What You’ll BringProven experience leading large-scale, complex technical initiatives in high-velocity production environments.At least 3 years in a Staff Engineer (or equivalent) role within a fast-moving, product-led organisation and product engineering mind set.Deep expertise in system architecture, distributed systems, cloud-native infrastructure (AWS or GCP), and event-driven design.Strong programming ability in one or more languages (e.g. TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Go, Java).Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, performance tuning, and monitoring tools.Solid database knowledge (SQL and NoSQL) and the judgment to choose the right tool for the job.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; comfortable working through ambiguity and influencing at all levels.A mindset focused on long-term sustainability and strategic technical thinking.Bonus Points ForFintech or regulated environment experience, particularly investment platforms.Familiarity with modern observability stacks and incident response processes.Experience with security-first architecture and data protection best practices.Why Join?Well-Backed and Ambitious:
