Hours: Full-time and part-time hours available – days or nights

We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a friendly and well-established 25-bed nursing home in Sutton Coldfield, providing high-quality nursing and person-centred care to residents.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team within a small home environment, where you will play a key role in delivering outstanding clinical care and maintaining the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care to residents

• Administer and manage medications

• Complete and maintain accurate care plans and clinical records

• Work closely with carers, families and healthcare professionals

• Promote resident dignity, independence and wellbeing

• Support and mentor care staff where required

Requirements:

• Valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)

• Previous nursing home experience preferred

• Good clinical knowledge and communication skills

• A caring, compassionate and professional approach
