The Role of the Staff Nurse Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents. Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively. Monitor residents'' health and wellbeing. Develop and maintain accurate care plans and clinical records. Liaise with GPs, healthcare professionals, residents, and families. Promote dignity, independence, and person-centred care at all times. Requirements for Staff Nurse Valid NMC PIN number. Previous nursing home experience desirable. Excellent communication and clinical skills. Compassionate and professional approach to resident care.
