A small, friendly nursing home on the outskirts of Ayr is currently looking to recruit a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join their dedicated team.

As a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents. You will be responsible for administering medications, overseeing care plans, monitoring residents'' wellbeing, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are maintained at all times.

Applicants for this Staff Nurse position should meet the following criteria:

• Active NMC registration as RGN, RMN or RNLD
• Previous experience within elderly care, dementia care, mental health, or complex care settings
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Kind, caring, and compassionate nature
• Passion for delivering outstanding nursing care
• Full eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
