We are currently recruiting for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join a well-established nursing home in Cardiff.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking to join a supportive care provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing, residential and dementia care.

The Role

• Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care
• Administer medications and manage clinical interventions
• Develop, implement and review care plans
• Monitor residents'' wellbeing and respond appropriately to changing needs
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, residents and families
• Support and mentor care staff to maintain high standards of care

About You

• Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
• Passionate about providing exceptional care to older people
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Nursing home experience is desirable but not essential
• Newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply
