Job Summary
They are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join their healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility, and supporting daily activities.
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Assist medical staff during examinations and procedures as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the nursing station and patient areas to uphold hygiene standards.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism and compassion.
Qualifications
- Recognised nursing qualification
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical environment is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
- Proficiency in medication administration, including understanding dosage calculations and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathise with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
