This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care while helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.The Role Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to adults with complex neurological needs.Complete nursing assessments, care plans and risk assessments.Act as a Named/Primary Nurse for a designated group of patients.Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation outcomes.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure high standards of care.Support and supervise Healthcare Assistants where appropriate.Practice in line with the NMC Code and current clinical guidelines.
