You''ll partner with senior commercial leaders to drive decision-making across customer acquisition, retention, growth, and customer success, whilst owning key analytics and analytics engineering initiatives. You''ll be responsible for: Owning the analytics architecture that underpins commercial and customer life cycle reporting Defining and governing key business and GTM metrics Turning complex stakeholder questions into actionable data insights Delivering deep analysis on customer behaviour, retention, growth, and commercial performance Driving improvements in data quality, governance, and reporting standards Building analytics solutions that enable self-service reporting and AI-driven insights Mentoring analysts and helping raise standards across the wider data function Key Skills: ?
