As part of our RandD team, you will contribute to the design and development of innovative defibrillator technology and supporting systems that help save lives around the world. What You Will Do Independently design and develop electrical components and subsystems for medical devices. Develop, apply, and execute advanced electrical test methods, prototyping activities, and verification strategies. Translate user needs into design inputs, specifications, and technical solutions that meet product requirements. Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex electrical design issues using sound engineering judgement. Conduct research and design studies to support new product development and product enhancements. Generate and execute verification plans and protocols to validate solutions against requirements. Lead the creation and maintenance of engineering documentation, including schematics, bills of materials, design descriptions, and work instructions. Mentor colleagues on engineering practices, quality system requirements, industry standards, and design control processes.
